If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Our services offer interactive experiences that include various features and challenges. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your use of any of our services under your Discord account.

Our services collect non-personally identifiable information necessary for their functionality, such as server IDs, channel IDs, and user interaction data. This data is solely used to enhance the services' performance and functionality and is not shared with any third parties.

You are prohibited from exploiting any bugs, glitches, or errors in any of our services. If you encounter any of these issues, you are expected to report them immediately to the community server or via email. Failure to report and misuse of exploits for personal advantage is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of your access to the services. We reserve the right to blacklist any user who is warned and continues to abuse such vulnerabilities.

We reserve the right to blacklist your account and delete all associated data across all our services (JJK Bot and any future products created by itrbrina, under nstudios, or with itrbrina as a developer) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy
• Requesting a refund for any purchased services, items, or subscriptions from any of our products
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or abuse of our services
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits or restrictions
• Attempting to exploit or abuse our refund policy
• Any other activity we deem harmful to our community or services

When blacklisted, your account will be permanently banned from using all our services, and all associated data may be deleted from our systems without prior notice. Blacklisting is permanent, non-appealable, and applies to all current and future products under our development.
