All Purchases Final: No Refunds

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

All purchases made for or through any of our services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases.
  • Failure to use or lack of use of any of our services or features.
  • Technical issues not originating from a verifiable fault in any of our services' core service offering that prevents their basic intended functionality.
  • Suspension or termination of your access to any of our services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Digital Products/Services

Our services provide digital services/products. Once a purchase is made and access or service is granted, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This is a key reason for our strict no-refund policy.

4. Disputes

5. Blacklisting for Refund Requests

By requesting a refund for any of our services, items, or subscriptions, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • Your account will be immediately blacklisted from using all our services
  • All associated data may be permanently deleted from our systems
  • You will lose access to all purchased items, services, and subscriptions across all our products
  • The blacklisting is permanent and non-appealable
  • You will be banned from our Discord community
  • Blacklisting applies to all current and future products under our development
This policy applies regardless of whether a refund is granted or denied. Requesting a refund constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination across all our services.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or through any of our services' interfaces. Your continued use of any of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
